CSI Centre Kick-off meeting in May 2023

Gathering all our chief investigators for the Centre Kick-off meeting in May in Sydney was a remarkable achievement.

During the meeting, CSI Director Professor Liming Dai highlighted the center’s vision and objectives. The team then engaged in detailed discussions about center governance, outlining the key responsibilities of Committees and Program leaders. The group underscored the importance of collaborative teamwork and building a cohesive center culture. The meeting also clarified the approach to center KPI setting and project proposals.

This meeting successfully established the course and tone for our center. A clear vision and objectives, a collaborative and supportive team culture, and a well-defined governance structure are the foundational elements for the center’s future endeavors.
