Vandana Verma

Vandana Verma is a PhD candidate under the supervision of Dr Wenxian Li at the University of New South Wales. Her current research work focuses on the design of carbon-based electrocatalysts for electrochemical CO2 and nitrate co-reduction into sustainable value-added chemicals. She holds a master’s degree in chemical engineering from IIT Madras, India. Before joining UNSW Sydney, she worked as a research fellow, focusing on organic synthesis, biomass-derived materials, and heterogeneous catalysis.
