Dr Thanh Son Bui completed his PhD in 2025 at UNSW Sydney within the Particles and Catalysis Research Group and is currently a Postdoctoral Fellow at UNSW. His research focuses on Power-to-X electrochemical technologies that use renewable electricity to produce fuels and value-added chemicals. He has a long-standing interest in understanding how catalysts work, in particular the structure–activity relationships of catalytic active sites from the atomic to the nanoscale.
